Clovis Auto you have done it again! My car passed smog! I have 2015 Chevy Equinox with 230K miles on it and I had little hope for it. But Johnny did a great job doing the diagnostic and identifying exactly what the issue was. He was very professional and communicated everything that he was doing. For all the work that got done the pricing, and timing was amazing. I will forever be a loyal customer to you guys! Thank you to the staff for being compassionate and kind. Its hard to find genuine service like this now a days.

Being a woman needing an auto repair shop is scary, we always are afraid of being unnecessarily upsold things that we do not need. It happens, a lot. We feel like our lack of knowledge of auto issues will result in dollars spent that don't need to be. Being a senior lady just adds to that lack of trust, because we have already experienced this lack of honestly and respect. I am that senior woman. I have been going to Clovis Auto Shop for many years and I will tell anyone needs to know, Clovis Auto Shop is not like so many in that industry. I have some basic knowledge, can play dumb, and I know when smoke is being blown up my skirt. They have always, since my first visit, been honest with me. No baloney, no tech talk to confuse me, just good honest service. They treat women and seniors with respect. I assume they treat all their customers the same way, but I can only speak for my demographic. Good honest ownership at this business.
