I’m excited to offer our first ever Knowledge Is Power car-care clinic designed to help women gain confidence in taking charge of their vehicle service needs. Join us on Friday, Oct. 9, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Clovis Auto Shop located in Old Town Clovis. As part of the ACDelco Knowledge Is Power program, this hands-on clinic is designed to help women learn how to sense potential problems under the hood, communicate effectively with the service consultant and avoid feeling taken advantage of. In this hands-on clinic, you can also expect to learn: How to identify signs that your vehicle needs to be repaired or serviced. What to know when you bring your vehicle in for repair. How to properly care for tires. Useful information about major car parts and services like brakes, alignments, oil changes, batteries, and wheel balancing. How to save money on your car repairs.
