I am female and senior, a demographic with wariness of car salesmen and car repairmen. This is the first place I've been to in many years that I have felt comfortable with. They do not try to "up sell" me. I've been here on three different occasions for three different issues. Each time they took care of my concern, period. They do a thorough inspection complete with pictures and explanations. I really like that. The prices are always a little lower than the competition, but high enough to give me confidence that the products and service are quality.
