I had dropped in one day about a month ago for a smog check. It was the first place I found while driving south on Clovis Ave from Herndon Ave. I was immediately made to feel like I had found a home for my automotive needs! I have never been to a shop before where I walked in and was immediately greeted with warm smiles. Usually, you walk into a front office and wait until someone FINALLY notices you, and tells you that they will be with you in a few minutes, but not here! They were fast, friendly, and professional. My vehicle, (which I bought used, with almost 100,000 miles on it), was overheating, and has many issues due to a lack of maintenance by the previous owner. So, after, the necessary repairs to the cooling system, (which was a lot of stuff, and finished in less than a day), Jim helped me to lay out a step-by-step plan to get the other maintenance items taken care of in little chunks, which is a Godsend for me as a single dad and full time college student with a very tight budget! I want to thank all of the folks there for being so wonderful!
