Great service all around for recent smog test and certification.

I need a smog certification so I made an appointment with Clovis Auto Shop because they were convenient. Much to my delight, it was a clean and efficient facility. Again I was overwhelmed because they did a courtesy vehicle inspection and sent me a text with the results. As my vehicle is a 2007 model, it was nice to have a basic inspection done BEFORE I needed any work done. I found them by chance and will consider taking my car to Clovis Auto Shop in the future.

Customer Service was outstanding. Every Team member were Professional, Cordial, attentive, and informative regarding your Vehicle. While waiting in the reception area, they provided refreshments, and goodies for their customers. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I went to Clovis Auto Shop for a Smog test. I arrived and was asked politely to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I did so and within a few minutes I was attended to. I signed the appropriate form and was told that there were two cars ahead of me and the wait would be between 30 and 40 minutes. I waited approximately 30 minutes when I was called and was told the fee and how the process of conveying the results to the CA DMV works. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable and attended me with a smile and an overall happy disposition. I will return to this business.

I’ve become a regular customer at Clovisautoshop. All the staff is extremely helpful, explain things well and prices are good. Also is close to my home which is a real bonus. They have been on time and efficient every contact I have had. Thank you.

So, the last time I needed a smog check, I went to a place on Clovis Avenue that was NOT this place. That other place was nice enough, but it took a long time and they proprietors were really weird. They had all kinds of political propaganda all over the place and it was just very strange. This time, I was actually trying to get back to that place because I have trust issues and when I can take my car someplace, not pay a ton of money, and I get it back and it still works, I tend to try to repeat the process. Even if it's a weird one. BUT, it's been two years since I was at that other place, and truthfully, I forgot what it was called and exactly where it was, so I pulled into Clovis Auto Shop Smog & Repair. I knew immediately I was in the wrong place. Or was I? NO propaganda. NO TV on political news channel. NO intrusive questions as I'm checking in. Just nice people doing a good job at doing what they say they are going to do. And the TV was on a food channel! You can't get less political than that - everybody eats! I'm not really the type to leave a long review for anybody. I've only actually done this for services about which I've felt very strongly. So know that when I say I was very happy with the service I received here, I was ABSOLUTELY very happy with the service I received here. I'll try not to forget where it is next time I need a smog check.
