I drop my car off with the understanding that I would pay $140 diagnostic fee. The next day when I went to pick up my vehicle, the gentleman informed me that they did not feel that they spent enough time correctly diagnosing my issue to warrant that since it was an issue that they were not equipped to handle. He said that they diagnosed it within about five minutes and that there would be no charge. That is amazing customer service and one that certainly earned them a return repeat customer

They did a great job. The front desk has that Clovis way of life feeling and they treated me more like a friend than a customer. Went in for a light and brake inspection and while the car didn't pass, they were prompt with my appointment, did a great job of explaining what needed to be fixed and I was so impressed, I scheduled an appointment with them to fix the problems. Think I found my new auto repair shop!! Hey, and I even got free coffee!!!

Fast, clean, and great value; right in the heart of Old Town Clovis. I needed to get a DMV smog check on one of our vehicles and Clovis Auto Shop was able to make a same day appointment which fit perfectly in my afternoon schedule. When I checked in, the service advisor explained what I should expect and quoted me the cost for the free safety check and smog report (which was the same price I paid at check out). She said the safety check and smog service would take roughly 30-40 minutes to complete, but the tech team was able to knock it out in 20 minutes or less. No WiFi in the waiting area that I could see, but the service was completed so quickly, I hardly had time to think to ask about it. Clean bathrooms and a friendly staff - I will definitely return here in the future for other service and maintenance needs!

Very happy with the prompt courteous service. So glad that we have found our go to auto repair shop. Brought my truck in with a loud humming noise and vibration. Thought it might be a transmission problem but very happy that it was just a wheel bearing that needed replacement. Thanks for the prompt service with amazing follow up
