So, the last time I needed a smog check, I went to a place on Clovis Avenue that was NOT this place. That other place was nice enough, but it took a long time and they proprietors were really weird. They had all kinds of political propaganda all over the place and it was just very strange. This time, I was actually trying to get back to that place because I have trust issues and when I can take my car someplace, not pay a ton of money, and I get it back and it still works, I tend to try to repeat the process. Even if it's a weird one. BUT, it's been two years since I was at that other place, and truthfully, I forgot what it was called and exactly where it was, so I pulled into Clovis Auto Shop Smog & Repair. I knew immediately I was in the wrong place. Or was I? NO propaganda. NO TV on political news channel. NO intrusive questions as I'm checking in. Just nice people doing a good job at doing what they say they are going to do. And the TV was on a food channel! You can't get less political than that - everybody eats! I'm not really the type to leave a long review for anybody. I've only actually done this for services about which I've felt very strongly. So know that when I say I was very happy with the service I received here, I was ABSOLUTELY very happy with the service I received here. I'll try not to forget where it is next time I need a smog check.
